This amazing little disposable pen plater works so well! Simply soak the fiber tip in suitable pen plating solution, attach the alligator clip to work piece and plate. Great for touch ups and repair work. This new version has improved battery life over earlier models. Discard unit when plating results decline. Plate rhodium or gold on just about any non-ferrous metals, although this pen and the solutions used with it are meant for plating on gold, silver, copper or brass. Includes one fiber tip. Tips are replaceable. Keep fingers off tip to not contaminate plating solutions. Use tweezers for tip removal and replacement. Manufacture recommends that you use one pen for plating rhodium and another pen for plating gold. Do not use one pen for both. As with all plating, the solutions are hazardous and the item being plated must be totally clean.
