Enamelling with the U-Namel Starter Kit
Enamelling made easy with the 7-colour U-Namel Starter Kit
Enamelling is a very popular form of jewellery making in Australia, and refers to the process of applying a decorative coating to metal using a powder and high temperatures.
The U-Namel Starter Kit is perfect for anyone starting their jewellery making journey, and comes with seven colours, which can be mixed to make any colour you like.
The Starter Kit is very easy to use, will adhere to almost any surface, and most importantly is non-hazardous.
The U-Namel cures via ultraviolet (UV) light in 2-5 minutes, depending on the thickness of the application.
The U-Namel doesn’t scratch, flake, crack, wear, shrink or fade once cured, and it is easy to drill, grind, polish or turn at high speeds to produce a beautiful coloured finish on your pieces.
It can also be layered to produce domes and cabochons.
The kit comes with a UV light, five applicators and seven colours: blue, clear, yellow, green, red, white and black.
If you’re thinking about getting into enamelling, make sure you check out this great product for beginners, and check out the range of products available from the Warburtons website!
